1. To provide a Foot Pamper Service to the client and their guest’s at the date, time and place specified by the client on the booking form. 2. To provide sufficient trained staff to fulfil the obligation of the Pamper Service. 3. To provide all necessary equipment on the Pamper Set that is required for the service to be under taken. This includes all pedicure product, hygiene equipment and supplies, pedi-stools and ancillary items. 4. The company will not provide a marquee or other such structure for the venue. Should the client require the company to provide such items, additional costs will apply. These costs are required to be paid in full to the company prior to the event taking place. 5. A deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking. The balance will be due in full no later then 4 weeks before the date of the event. 6. The client will advise the company of the date, time and venue of the event, confirmed in writing as soon as possible. Should the client change any of these details they must inform the company as soon as possible. In an instance where the date is to be changed the company reserve the right to cancel this agreement if the company has obligations to another party prior to the change of date. For information regarding refunds please see our Refund Policy. 7. Please refer to our Refund Policy for information regarding cancellations. 8. The client must provide in writing to the company with the total number of guests at the venue. All prices are based on £6.50 per person (there is no distinction between male and female guests however children are excluded). A minimum charge of £350 applies to all bookings. Increases to the number of guests may at the company’s discretion, be subject to additional charges. 9. The client will receive a complimentary set of the Delightful Footnotes Pedi-care product range, plus a complimentary pedicure prior to the event. The date and time to be agreed between the client and the company. Whilst every effort will be made to meet the date and time the client requests it may be necessary to offer an alternative date should the company have prior commitments. Should no suitable date be found prior to the event the complimentary pedicure must take place no later then 3 months after the date of the event. 10. The company requires that everyone who avails of the foot pamper service fill in the necessary Health and Safety information sheet on the day. 11. The company will provide the pamper service for a minimum of 4 hours up to a maximum of 5 hours. Should the client require the company to provide services for a longer period of time this must be discussed and agreed in writing before the event. Additional charges may apply. 12. The company reserves the right to change any of the above terms. The client will be informed as soon as possible of any changes. REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION POLICY Once a booking has been confirmed and a deposit paid the following conditions apply; Refunds will only be given the following instances: If you cancel a booking within 7 days of making a booking, a full refund will apply. Cancellation must be made in writing either to our company offices at Footnotes, Booking Office, 6 Formby Close, Earley, Reading, Berkshire, RG6 7XH or by email to footnotes@delightfulevents.co.uk Bookings cancelled 6 months prior to the date of the event; a 30% refund will apply. Bookings cancelled 3 months prior to the event; a 15% refund will apply. Booking cancelled 2 months prior to the event; a 10% refund will apply. Any booking cancelled within 2 months prior to the event; no refund will be given. Bookings cancelled within 4 weeks of the event the final balance payment may still apply. Where changes to date of booking are made the company reserves the right to cancel this agreement. The same refund charges will apply in this instance. All cancellations MUST be made in writing. Where no written cancellation has been received the company reserves the right to demand full payment as set out in the original contract. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
